Not interested in our Trade Program? That is okay. We would still like to partner with Designers who don't do a large amount of projects and or are retired but would like to refer their client to us.
Here is how it works. You can bring your client to the showroom and if they decide to purchase with us (floor model or special order) we would like to give the designer 5% of the total from the sale.

FAQ Trade Program
What if I want to change programs in the middle of my contract?
You are more than welcome to trade into higher programs only. You cannot go down in tiers. For example if you are in Tier 2 and wish to go to Tier 4, then we can transfer the remaining of your funds towards the fees of your newly enrolled program.
Can I cancel my trade account?
You can cancel your account, but there will be no refunds. For example if you are in Tier 2 and in a 12 month contract, we would cancel your account but would not refund the remaining months.
Can we get swatches for free?
Cuttings are no charge. Fabric and rug swatches will have a fee. Please talk to a Urban 57 associate for more information. Our vendors can range for payment.
What if a client wants to return a special order or cancel it?
We have a return and cancelation policy. The client has a 3 day grace period from purchase to cancel their order. If we do cancel or return, there will be a restocking fee of 40-50% of the items total cost.
Does Delivery cost extra for designers?
Yes, there is a fee for delivery. It is $299 per delivery within 30 miles. Please add this cost into your clients invoice.
Does delivery include Assembly?
Yes, all in-home deliveries will include assembly.
Can I apply in-person?
Yes, please bring all required documentation and payment form for completion.
